Shipping policy

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed (be sure to check junk mail folder), followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. If you provided a valid mobile number you may also receive updates via SMS.

We offer FREE UK shipping for orders over £100, however Gift Card purchases don't count towards the free shipping threshold.

While we cannot be responsible for a couriers delivery time once the item has left us, an estimated delivery time frame is as follows:

UK Standard: 3 to 5 business days = £3.50 (FREE over £100)
UK Express: 1 to 2 business days = £5.00
European Union: 4 to 11 business days = £14.00
Rest of World: 6 to 17 business days = £19.00

The delivery timeframes above refer to the estimated transit time after your order has been dispatched. All orders require a short processing and packing period before shipping, typically 1–2 business days, with Express orders receiving priority handling.

Additional charges after posting: Any customs, duties or additional charges which apply to your order (if your order is delivered outside of the UK, for instance) will be your responsibility and are not included in the delivery costs.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
